Chairman Andrew Foreman heads the business and also runs the other group companies, one of which was sold in a multi million pound deal to a major plc. An accomplished and successful businessman for over 20 years, Andrew has recognised the potential for servicing other group companies' requirements through independent finance and has brought Catfoss Finance into the group to provide this service as a natural addition.

Sales Director (North) Justin Owen was running a very successful financial brokerage with a wealth of contacts in the funding marketplace. Justin was formerly a senior executive for a major equipment financier, and his business has now merged with Catfoss Finance.

Sales Director (South) David Bowman has 25 years experience, latterly in senior management with very large international equipment financing companies. David has successfully headed up both broker and syndications divisions and credit departments for those businesses, as well as being heavily involved in vendor and business development.

Finance Director Andy Stork is a very experienced finance director and is responsible for all financial matters and proposal management at the company's head office. Andy has 17 years experience in managing financial affairs of a finance company division of a major plc.

As a private funder specialising in asset finance, we have the expertise and ability to underwrite transactions efficiently and with the commercial flexibility, not normally associated with major finance houses. We will consider all asset types and deal sizes and guarantee to provide a personal, high standard service.

Broking Division
In addition, Catfoss Finance Limited has facilities in place with over 20 major funders in the UK and Europe, and is therefore probably the best placed independent finance business to service the majority of funding requirements for most companies, partnerships and sole traders.
